We then program the processors and perform power checks to ensure the proper functioning and stability of the new module.
The new system is integrated into an existing BLUE LIFE system to be checked and thoroughly tested.
DESIGN OF BOARDS
Using software to aid the design of the circuit board, we draw the prototype for an industrial quality circuit.
We optimize the circuit’s area and provide a design that corresponds to industry standards.
INSTALLATION OF COMPONENTS
Using a robot manipulator and specialized ovens, we install and solder the components onto the first mounting board.
We perform a variety of tests on our new board before putting the system into production.
Our boards and our quality components are what define our highly reliable systems.
